SUN CITY FESTIVAL

Located at the base of the White Tank Mountains, Sun City Festival is Del webb's newest age qualified community.

Sun City Festival offers scenic beauty and a secluded feel and is less than 20 minutes from shops, restaurants and the conveniences in the city of Surprise.  It is close to three other established Sun Cities communities with established services for active adults as well.  It is also about 40  minutes to downtown Phoenix and its playhouses, symphony, and Chase Field.

The 18-hole public golf course is managed by Troon Golf.  There is a 31,000 square foot Sage Center for Wellness and Higher Learning.  There is also an onsite activities director as well as the outdoor Skyline Plaza Amphitheater.
