CORTE BELLA

The architecture of Corte Bella's homes and buildings are inspired by the Santa Barbara fountains, courtyards, gated arched entries and colorful tile mosaics.

Considerable planning and research was conducted to create a special character and ambiance for Corte Bella.  Tree-lined streets, walking paths, small neighborhood enclaves, water fountains and courtyards are the community hallmarks.

Corte Bella's 11,500 square foot, state-of-the-art fitness center and spa features cardio vascular and weight training, as well as a dance & aerobics studio.  Outdoors, there is a combination lap and resort style pool, spa, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and bocce ball courts.

Corte Bella's golf clubhouse offers even more member comforts with a 6,327 square foot pro shop and member's lounge that features a bar and outdoor patio with fireplace overlooking the 18th hole and practice facilities.  The golf club includes separate mans and ladies lockers, and lounges.  The golf course was designed by Greg Nash and is a total of 191 acres with 88 acres of turf.

Featuring the beautiful Anacapa restaurant and lounge, the 9,300 square foot clubhouse is situated above the golf course to maximize the views.   Large expansive outdoor patios are the hallmark of the clubhouse, which also offers multipurpose rooms for private dining, special events and resident club meeting.
